The invention discloses a method of transmitting grouped data based on a CDMA transparent transmission voice channel, comprising: establishing transparent business between both communication sides; using grouped data selected by a user as a data source through a mobile terminal and performing grouping processing on the grouped data according to frames; transmitting processed 8.55 kbps grouped data and performing rate adaptation on the processed 8.55 kbps data on a base station to be 64 kbps data; transparently transmitting data in a core network to an opposite terminal base station; recovering the data to be 8.55 kbps data by the base station, and sending the grouped data through a transparent transmission channel to a grouped data called side; and restoring original data by a receiving terminal. The method can guarantee the data transmission reliability, instantaneity and security between any two mobile terminals or between a mobile terminal and a server in a CDMA mobile communication system by employing a software mode and without increasing any hardware cost, thereby meeting user use demands and improving communication efficiency and user experience.
