Example Embodiment

[0048] The invention provides a method for synthesizing ultra-long copper-nickel alloy nanowires, the method is as follows:

[0049] Dissolve a cationic surfactant and an organic solvent at 100-250°C to obtain solution A, completely dissolve copper acetylacetonate as a copper source in solution A, and shake well to obtain dark green solution B. Add noble metal nanoparticles into solution B as a catalyst, react at 120-200°C for 2-15 hours, take out the solution, add nickel acetate to it as a nickel source and mix well, heat up to 210-250°C for 30min- 10 hours. The reaction system was cooled to room temperature. Wash and disperse with common organic solvents such as ethanol and toluene. After stirring and brief sonication, the nanowires can be uniformly dispersed in the organic solvent.

[0050] The invention adopts an organic system to synthesize ultra-long copper-nickel alloy nanowires.

Example Embodiment

[0084] Example 1

[0085] 0.5g of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and 8.0g of hexadecylamine were completely dissolved at 180°C, then 0.2g of copper acetylacetonate was added as a copper source, Pt nanoparticles were used as a catalyst, and the reaction was carried out at 180°C for 10 Hours, 0.1 g of nickel acetate was added as a nickel source, and reacted at 210° C. for 2 hours. After cooling to room temperature, the resulting sample was washed several times with toluene. The resulting gray solid was dried under vacuum at 80°C for 2 hours. The obtained copper-nickel alloy nanowire has a diameter of 80-120 nm and a length of 100-200 μm.

Example Embodiment

[0086] Example 2

[0087] 0.5g of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and 8.0g of hexadecylamine were completely dissolved at 180°C, then 0.2g of copper acetylacetonate was added as a copper source, Pt nanoparticles were used as a catalyst, and the reaction was carried out at 180°C for 10 Hours, 0.2 g of nickel acetate was added as a nickel source, and reacted at 210° C. for 2 hours. After cooling to room temperature, the resulting sample was washed several times with toluene. The resulting gray solid was dried under vacuum at 80°C for 2 hours. Attached to the manual figure 2 It can be seen that the obtained copper-nickel alloy nanowires have a diameter of about 80-100 nm. Its length averages over 300 μm. Attached to the manual image 3 It can be seen that the nickel element is evenly coated around the copper nanowires, forming a copper-nickel alloy structure with copper-rich inside and nickel-rich outer layer. Attached to the manual Figure 4 It can be seen that the nanowi...

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a copper-nickel alloy nanowire and a preparation method thereof, in particular to an ultra-long copper-nickel alloy nanowire and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] In recent years, one-dimensional materials have attracted extensive attention due to their unique optical, electrical, and magnetic properties, especially their great application prospects in the fields of transparent displays, photoelectric conversion, and sensors. Due to the poor flexibility and high cost of the ITO materials currently used in the field of transparent conduction, the metal nanomaterial transparent conduction film will become an important substitute material for ITO. Compared with silver nanowires, copper nanowires also have good electrical conductivity, unique mechanical and optical properties, and greatly reduce the cost. Therefore, copper nanowires are favored by people and can be used in energy conversion technology, se...
