Abstract

The invention discloses a screening method for a sulfur-containing petroleum raw liquid in a sealed filtration apparatus, wherein the problem that no equipment for high-sulfur petroleum screening exists in the prior art is mainly solved with the screening method of the present invention. The screening method comprises that: (1) a sulfur-containing petroleum raw liquid enters a filtration chamber through a raw liquid inlet, is subjected to continuous filtration through more than or equal to two filtration chambers, and then is discharged from a raw liquid outlet; (2) the separation mesh of the filtration chamber is arranged on the side wall, the two adjacent filtration chambers are communicated through the separation mesh, and the residual sand and the residual petroleum raw liquid in the filtration chamber enter a sand receiving filter through a sand reservation chamber on the bottom end of the filtration chamber; and (3) with the filtration effect of the sand receiving filter, the filtered liquid returns to the filtration chamber through the raw liquid inlet, and the solid obtained through the filtering is taken out by replacing the sand receiving filter. According to the present invention, the screening method has advantages of reduction of the sand content in the petroleum, no influence on the suction filtration effect on the petroleum, assurance of operator body health, low cost, and the like.
