The information resource service support system is applied to an operation and maintenance service delivery system as well as an operation and maintenance service quality evaluating system such as e-government administration and enterprise IT systems. The design scheme of the information resource service support system is composed of an infrastructure layer, a management support layer, a service application layer and an access presentation layer, and regards an ''Information technology service quality evaluation index system'', an ''Information technology service general requirements'' and the like in the ITSS standard as standard support for the platform. The information resource service support system based on the ITSS standard has the obvious beneficial effects of: (1) a tool is provided for IT users and service providers to implement the ITSS standard, and convenience is brought to the users for implementing the ITSS standard; (2) the IT service process is standardized, the IT service quality can be effectively increased, and the IT service cost can be reduced; (3) data generated in the service process is regarded as original data of service evaluation subsystems, the evaluation results of service attitude and service quality of the service providers are ensured to be objective and true; (4) and an automated recording and analysis system can send out early warning before a fault occurs, thereby effectively reducing the IT service risks.
