Abstract

The formaldehyde-free biological base adhesive consists of the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of protein-containing powder, 0-30 parts of filler, 0.2-3.6 parts of an alkaline modifier, 0.2-2.7 parts of a bactericide, 0.6-15 parts of the chitosan modified water-resistant crosslinking agent and 160-360 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the water into a reaction vessel, and controlling the temperature at 35-45 DEG C; adding the protein-containing powder and the filler, stirring uniformly, then adding the alkaline modifier, and continuously stirring for 50-80 minutes; adding the bactericide, and stirring to dissolve the bactericide; and adding the chitosan modified water-resistant crosslinking agent, and stirring uniformly.
