The scalp massaging cream composition comprises: (A) massaging essential oil accounting for 3.0 to 20.0% of the weight of the composition; (B) a polyoxyethylene group-free non-ionic emulsifier accounting for 1.5 to 5.0% of the weight of the composition; and (C) a hair root follicle activating composition composed of (i) sialic acid accounting for 0.01 to 0.5% of the weight of the composition, (ii) taraxacum mongolicum extract accounting for 0.5 to 5.0% of the weight of the composition, (iii) a heat sensitizer accounting for 0.1 to 1.0% of the weight of the composition, (iv) organic germanium accounting for 0.001 to 0.008% of the weight of the composition and (v) organic zinc accounting for 0.01 to 0.5% of the weight of the composition; with the balance being (D) a water-containing carrier applicable to common cosmetics. The scalp massaging cream composition is applicable to daily scalp care of people with hair dryness, alopecia and hair breakage caused by microcirculation disturbance of hair papillae and stagnant metabolism of hair follicle cells.
