The invention provides a method for accurately calculating the safe vehicle speed when the vehicle runs into the curve on the basis of fully considering the influences of people, vehicles and roads. Through the comprehensive considering of the vehicle motion characteristics and driver behavior characteristics, the safe vehicle speed of the vehicle at the curved road is analyzed by means of a vehicle dynamics theory.
