Benefits of technology

This new type of material can be used effectively when making sure there're no harmful substances like pesticides or chemical agents found on crops during production processes. It also helps remove impurities from wastewater without affecting their quality.

Problems solved by technology

The technical problem addressed by this patented technology relates to modifying bentoneite into useful chemical agents like activated carbon, ion exchange materials, zeolites, ammonium salts, calcium chloride, iron oxides, hydroxylamines, oxygen carriers, peroxy acids, nitrogen bases, sulfur dioxyacid ester monomethanesulfonic acid, phosphorus pentasulphate, pigments, dyes, polysilicon hydride, poly(meth)imine), carboxymethyl cellulosin, lanthanum hexaphosoliths, magnesia flakes, ceratitis media, silver nanoparticles, bacteriocins, cyclohexane-2-ones, naphthols, anthraquinones, quaternary salt mixtures therapy, antibiotics, pesticides, herbicides, fungal growth promoter substances, enzymes, polymers, plasma membranes, catalyst supports, cathode ray tubes, electronics devices, electrodes, sensors, biological cells, microorganisms, plants, animals, fish, seafood, foodstuffs, fertils, sewage sludge disposals, and other applications where harmful metallic elements such as arsenic, chroma, selenium, lead, nickel, mercury, vanadium, manganese, uranium, molydenum, tantalum, tin have negative effects due to their strong affinity towards specific atoms within these soluble rocks called Montmorillonitanocks. These modifications enhance absorbing ability without affecting beneficial properties associated therewith.

[0014] specific implementation plan

[0015] The present invention will be described in detail below through specific examples.

[0016] A porous modified bentonite with foaming effect, prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight (kg): calcium-based bentonite 85, octadecyltrimethylammonium chloride 1, ammonium bicarbonate 1, activated carbon powder 3 , sodium silicate 2, aminopropyltriethoxysilane 0.8, carboxymethyl cellulose 2, phenolic resin powder 5, crushed sycamore leaves 2, modified diatomaceous earth 3;

[0017] The modified diatomite is made from the following raw materials in parts by weight (kg): diatomite 50, charcoal 4, sodium lignosulfonate 3, stearic acid 2, maleic anhydride 4, methacrylic acid lauryl Ester 4, melamine formaldehyde resin 5, sodium tripolyphosphate 4, water 50; the preparation method is to first add diatomaceous earth, charcoal, lauryl methacrylate, water and stir evenly to form a suspension, then add maleic anhydride, melamine ...

Abstract

The invention discloses porous modified bentonite with foaming effect. The porous modified bentonite is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 85 to 90 parts of calcium bentonite, 1 to 2 parts of octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 1 to 2 parts of ammonium bicarbonate, 3 to 5 parts of activated carbon powder, 2 to 3 parts of sodium silicate, 0.8 to 1.3 parts of aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 2 to 2.5 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 5 to 7 parts of phenolic resin powder, 2 to 3 parts of crushed phoenix tree leaves and 3 to 4 parts of modified diatomite. According to the invention, a formula is reasonable; since bentonite is modified by adding foaming matters like ammonium bicarbonate and activated carbon powder and surfactants like octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, the modified bentonite has porosity, so good adsorption effect is obtained; moreover, through good dispersion of the modified bentonite and the crushed phoenix tree leaves, the porous modified bentonite in the invention is porous and uniform in dispersion and is applicable as a water purification adsorbent, etc.
