The invention discloses a fluidized-bed boiler with multiple wind distribution plates and a built-in heat exchanger and belongs to the field of boilers. The fluidized-bed boiler comprises a main wind distribution plate located at the bottom of a hearth, a main wind chamber located at the bottom of the hearth and below the main wind distribution plate, auxiliary bed wind distribution plates arranged in a fluidized-bed dense-phase zone on the main wind distribution plate and on the side faces of the hearth, and auxiliary bed wind chambers which are also arranged in the fluidized-bed dense-phase zone on the main wind distribution plate and on the side faces of the hearth. Besides, the auxiliary bed wind chambers are arranged below the auxiliary bed wind distribution plates. The main wind distribution plate is separated from the auxiliary bed wind distribution plates through middle partitions. Heating surface spaces are arranged between the middle partitions which are located on the auxiliary bed wind distribution plates and the side faces of the hearth. Circulating ash returning holes communicating the heating surface spaces with the fluidized-bed dense-phase zone of the hearth are formed in the lower portions of the middle partitions. According to the fluidized-bed boiler with the multiple wind distribution plates and the built-in heat exchanger, the defect that the bed temperature of a fluidized-bed which is not provided with an external heating surface space is effectively overcome, and the problem of a complex structure of a fluidized-bed provided with the external heating surface space is also solved. The aim of effectively controlling the bed temperature in the boiler is achieved by simply changing the arrangement and distribution structure in the boiler.
