The permanent-magnetism power piston electromechanical hybrid machine comprises a housing and is characterized in that at least two piston chambers are arranged to form a certain intersection angle in the housing; each piston chamber is provided with a group of permanent-magnetism power pistons therein and is provided with an external timing synchronous driver; a crankshaft is installed in the housing; the permanent-magnetism power pistons are in driving connection with the crankshaft through connecting rods; one end of the crankshaft extends out of the housing to be used as an output end; a power motor transmission timing synchronous driver is installed outside the housing; each permanent-magnetism power piston comprises a piston body, an upper fixed magnetic block, a lower fixed magnetic block, an upper sliding magnetic block, a lower sliding magnetic block, a rotating shaft, and a permanent-magnetism power wheel, wherein the upper fixed magnetic block, the lower fixed magnetic block, the upper sliding magnetic block, the lower sliding magnetic block, the rotating shaft, and the permanent-magnetism power wheel are installed in the piston body; and the timing synchronous driver drives the rotating shaft in order to overcome resistance when the permanent-magnetism power wheel rotates a magnetic pole to perform commutation.
