The method includes the steps as follows: providing an expanded Web server on the basis of Go language net / http packet on a server side; performing H.265 coding expansion; performing H.265 decoding expansion; performing function expansion by utilizing FFMpeg and performing decoding optimization on a client side; performing server side image coding expansion by utilizing JPEG2000; and performing client side image decoding by utilizing JPEG2000.
