Problems solved by technology

[0004] With the improvement of people's living standards and the demand for health, there are more and more uses of Brucea javanica, and people's indiscriminate digging of wild resources has made wild Brucea javanica on the verge of extinction. In order to meet the needs, people have to develop artificial planting technology , and to carry out artificial planting of Brucea javanica, the problem of raising Brucea javanica must first be solved. Now people use bare root seedlings to plant Brucea javanica, which is very demanding on land and climate, and the survival rate of transplanting is low, and the growth of seedlings after transplanting is slow

Embodiment Construction

[0019] Below in conjunction with example the present invention will be further described.

[0020] A kind of planting method of duck guts, is characterized in that, comprises the following steps:

[0021] 1) Seed treatment

[0022] Seed treatment consists of the following steps:

[0023] Step a): storing the ripe black fruit of Brucea javanica at a low temperature of 4°C for 15 days;

[0024] Step b): soaking the Brucea javanica fruit stored in step a) in warm water at 30°C for 3 days;

[0025] Step c): make the processed brucea seeds in the step b) treated with 98% concentrated sulfuric acid for 60s, and rinse with running water to no sulfuric acid residue; then, the brucea seeds are treated with 200mg / L gibberellin (GA Aqueous solution treatment 6h;

[0026] Step d): The javanica javanica seeds soaked in the step c) are transferred to a constant temperature light incubator, and germinated in sandy soil mixed with 30% by weight to 40% by weight of coconut bran.

Abstract

The invention relates to a planting method for rucea javanica. The planting method comprises the steps of: seed treatment, seedling in a nutrition cup, and management after planting. The planting method specifically comprises the steps of: storing black ripe rucea javanica fruits at a low temperature of 4 DEG C for 15 days; treating the rucea javanica seeds by 98% concentrated sulfuric acid for 30-90 seconds; and after the seedlings survive, reserving one male strain for each hole, properly reserving male strains in a field block for pollination, starting pinching when the trees are 1.5 m high, promoting branching, and pruning the trees in early spring or winter. The seed treatment method provided by the invention breaks the seed dormancy of rucea javanica, and the germination rate can reach 85.0%. By carrying out seedling and cultivation by using the nutrition cup, seeds are saved. Compared with bare-rooted seeding and seedling in the field, 30-50% of seeds are saved. The seedling period is shortened to 5-4 months to obtain seedlings. As the seedlings have original peds, which do not hurt the roots, the transplanting survival rate is high which can reach over 95%. After being transplanted, the nursery stocks quickly grow, and the output of the rucea javanica fruits is improved by over 4 times.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of agricultural planting, and in particular relates to a method for planting duck guts. technical background [0002] Duck gall, also known as Brucea javanica, old javanica, Brucea javanica, bitter hazelnut, sophora flavescens, crow's egg, duck egg, neem solution, and neem. It is a large evergreen shrub or small tree of the genus Dactaceae in the genus Dactaceae, up to 3 meters, and the whole plant is covered with yellow pilose. Distributed in Fujian, Guangxi, Yunnan, Taiwan, Guangdong and other places. The dry and mature fruit is oblong or ovate, with slightly pointed ends, 6-10 mm long and 3-7 mm in diameter. The surface is gray-black, with irregular polygonal reticulation, and there is a sunken fruit stalk mark at the bottom. The outer shell is hard and brittle, and the inner surface is gray-red or gray-yellow after being broken, smooth and oily. There are yellow-white seed kernels inside, oval in shape, 4-7 mm...
