Abstract

The invention provides a thin-wall injection molding mold with the continuously-variable cavity size and belongs to the field of design and manufacturing of injection molding molds. The thin-wall injection molding mold comprises a fixed mold plate, a movable mold plate, a movable mold insert, cavity sliding plates, T-shaped sliding blocks, a guiding chute and feeding screws. The T-shaped sliding blocks are arranged on the two sides of the movable mold insert respectively and slide along the guiding chute, and then the cavity sliding plates connected with the T-shaped sliding blocks are driven to move; and the continuously-variable cavity length is achieved, and feeding of the T-shaped sliding blocks is controlled through the feeding screws. A plastic part is pushed out through push rods, and the number of the push rods actually pushed out of the plastic part continuously changes along with motion of the cavity sliding plates. Multiple sets of rectangular through holes are preformed in the cavity sliding plates, the push rods not pushed out of the plastic part are normally pushed out, and therefore the push rods are prevented from interfering with the cavity sliding plates. When the mold is used, the cavity size can be online and continuously adjusted, and a series of products in different sizes can be produced through the same mold. The defects that in a traditional manner, operation of disassembling a mold and replacing a movable mold insert is complex, and cost is high are avoided.
