Abstract

The invention discloses a bubble electrostatic-spinning device by utilizing negative pressure. The bubble electrostatic-spinning device comprises a base, a high voltage supply device, a liquid supply device, a protection cover and a negative-pressure receiving device. The negative-pressure receiving device is connected to the ground or connected with the high voltage supply device. Multiple spray pipes and a first air outlet are arranged on the base. The spray pipes are internally provided with second air outlets. The first air outlets and the second air outlets are connected with an air pressure supply device. The high voltage supply device is communicated with electrodes of all spray pipes. An electric field used for generating jet flow is arranged between the electrodes and the negative-pressure receiving device. The liquid supply device is communicated with solution guide pipes in the all spray pipes. The negative-pressure receiving device comprises a collector, a negative-pressure pipe and a negative air-pressure generator. A negative-pressure pipe opening is formed in the top of the protection cover by the negative-pressure pipe. The collector is of a porous structure and nested into the negative-pressure pipe opening. The bubble electrostatic-spinning device by utilizing negative pressure has following beneficial effects: with the help of high-speed airflow, nanofibers are directionally settled in a structure of a three-dimensional support having a special shape on the collector so that the problem that electro-spinning three-dimensional fibers are collected with difficulty is solved.
