A distributed power management device for an information system comprises a monitoring substation, a prepositive server, an internal bus, a monitoring master station and at least one remote terminal, wherein the remote terminal is connected with the monitoring substation and is suitably used for acquiring power data information in real time; the monitoring substation is connected with the prepositive server and is suitably used for collecting and processing the power data information and carrying out communication monitoring; the prepositive server is connected with the internal bus and is suitably used for forwarding the power data information to the internal bus; the internal bus is connected with the monitoring master station and is suitably used for forwarding the power data information to the monitoring master station; and the monitoring master station is suitably used for carrying out monitoring, dispatching, protection and grid-connected control on a power supply according to the power management information. With the distributed power management device for the information system, provided by the invention, effective utilization of the power supply and electric energy saving are achieved.
