Abstract

The invention relates to a water-based carbon black color paste dispersing agent and application thereof to preparation of carbon black color paste. The dispersing agent is sodium carboxymethyl hemicellulose which is obtained by modifying hemicellulose. The water-based carbon black color paste comprises the following substances by weight: 1 to 5 parts of the dispersing agent, 10 to 25 parts of carbon black and 70 to 89 parts of water. The preparation process of the carbon black color paste is to carry out ball-milling dispersion for 60 to 120 min, wherein the ball-milling rotational speed is 600-900 r / min. The water-based carbon black color paste dispersing agent effectively utilizes a plant resource, thereby being not only low in production cost, but also environmentally friendly; the application of the water-based carbon black color paste dispersing agent to preparation of the carbon black color paste is simple in method, and high in dispersity, wherein after dispersion, the particle diameter can reach 0.16 to 0.34 microns, the viscosity can be 17 to 32 mPa.S, and the pH value can be 6.8 to 8.5; the centrifugal stability of the color paste is 70 to 86.3 percent, so that the color paste is excellent in temperature stability and storage stability.
