The network switching method comprises the steps of detecting status information of the terminal, the status information containing power information and data traffic information in a preset time period; if the status information matches a preset switching rule based on power information and data traffic demand, acquiring a logic control parameter of an antenna switch of the terminal; adjusting the logic control parameter based on a preset target frequency band table which contains at least a frequency band with power consumption higher than a preset power consumption threshold; and switching a current network working frequency band based on the adjusted logic control parameter. The invention can be used for reducing battery consumption and improving endurance based on the status information of the terminal.
