Abstract

The invention provides an RFID-based warehouse security system, including a field controller, goods labels, a user identity card, RFID card readers, a microcontroller, an alarm device, an access control system, electric goods shelves, a Web server, a database server, a warehouse management terminal and a user terminal. A goods picker connects with the Web server through the user terminal to inquire inventory information in the database server and applies for picking up goods on line to the warehouse management terminal, and the management terminal remotely authorizes the user identity card. The RFID card readers identify the authorized user identity card and controls the microcontroller to realize access control and opening of the electric goods shelf, so that the goods picker can take delivery of goods conveniently. The plurality of RFID card readers are utilized to build a positioning system, and if movement of an authorized goods label is detected, the alarm device gives an alarm. The RFID-based warehouse security system provided by the invention can greatly simplify goods picking flow, improves warehouse management efficiency, guarantees safety of warehouse goods, saves plenty of manpower resources, and thus has relatively high practical value.
