The handlebar (seat) connection part consists of a handlebar (seat) locking ring, a handlebar (seat) connection telescoping shaft, a connection sleeve seat, and a linear bearing, wherein the handlebar (seat) locking ring, the handlebar (seat) connection telescoping shaft, the connection sleeve seat and the linear bearing are connected sequentially.
