Abstract

The invention discloses a high-pressure pipeline manual balance type valve which mainly comprises a valve body, a valve cover, a large valve rod, a stuffing pressure cover, a valve clack, a piston, a small valve element, a spring, a piston blocking ring and a hand wheel. According to the high-pressure pipeline annual balance type valve disclosed by the invention, fluid pressure balance is carried out by utilizing a balance cavity which is composed of a valve opening in the top of the valve body and a piston, so that drive force of a valve regulating assembly is reduced, opening and closing of the valve are facilitated; the large valve rod structure is designed into a multi-launder structure, so that the problem that fluid flows to the balance cavity from a high-pressure area can be effectively solved; the piston blocking ring and a cone valve pin are mounted in the middle of the large valve rod, so that the cone valve pin mounted on the piston blocking ring and a conical pin hole in the piston are matched to be in an opening state and a closing state, and therefore, the pressure storage effect and the pressure relief effect of the balance cavity are achieved.
