Problems solved by technology

Especially in recent years, fine particle pollution such as PM2.5 has received more and more attention, and traditional masks and other equipment have become increasingly difficult to meet the demand
[0003] At present, masks such as N95 and other grades mainly based on electrostatic filter pure cotton or composite materials are usually used. Although they can achieve a filtering effect of 95%, they have a large breathing resistance, and the wearer often feels that breathing is laborious. Moisture cannot be released inside the mask in time, and exhaust gas such as carbon dioxide produced by breathing cannot be released in time, resulting in repeated inhalation and insufficient oxygen supply, etc.

Embodiment Construction

[0019] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing and specific embodiment the present invention is further described:

[0020] In one embodiment, the present invention discloses a particle filter protective mask with a helical structure;

[0021] The mask includes: a helical structure, an adhesion medium and a mask body;

[0022] The helical structure is inlaid on the external surface of the mask, which is used to filter the particulate matter in the inhaled gas, and release the hot water vapor and carbon dioxide and other exhaust gases generated by breathing;

[0023] The spiral structure includes a spiral pipe wall and spiral fins installed inside the pipe wall;

[0024] Both the inner wall of the spiral pipe wall and the spiral fins are coated with an adhesion medium;

[0025] The helical structure is used to induce eddy currents in the passing gas, and promote the movement of particles, allergens, dust or other harmful substances in the air towards the inner wall of ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a low-resistance particle-filtering protective gauze mask with helical structures. The helical structures are inlaid into the surface of the gauze mask and used for filtering particles in inhaled gas and quickly releasing hot water vapor and exhaust gases such as carbon dioxide which are generated through breathing. Each helical structure comprises a lobed helical tube wall and multiple helical fins arranged in the tube wall; the helical tube inner walls and the helical fins are coated with degradable biogel; the helical structures can induce gas flowing through the helical structures to generate vortexes and enable the inhalable particles carried in the gas to move towards the direction of the helical tube inner walls and the helical fins and be adhered to the degradable biogel applied to the helical tube inner walls and the helical fins, therefore, the effect of filtering out the inhalable particles in air is achieved, and the air inhaled into a human body is purified. Due to the openness of the helical structures, the breathing resistance of inhalation is smaller, the water vapor and the exhaust gases such as carbon dioxide can be quickly released when exhalation is performed, and therefore the breathing experience is more comfortable and refreshing.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a particle removal device, in particular to a particle filter protective mask with a spiral structure and low resistance. technical background [0002] With the increasing air pollution, it has become a common demand to filter the particulate matter in the air to prevent it from entering the human body. Especially in recent years, fine particle pollution such as PM2.5 has received more and more attention, and traditional masks and other equipment have become increasingly difficult to meet the demand.
