The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) accurately weighing polylactic acid particles and dissolving in a mixed solvent of acetone and N,N-dimethylformamide according to the volume ratio of 5 to 1; stirring for 2 to 4h to form an electrostatic spinning solution; fixing an acetate fiber needle-punched non-woven fabric on an electrostatic spinning receiving device; pouring the electrostatic spinning solution into an injector and keeping a spinning nozzle and the center of a receiving device on the same horizontal line; adjusting a flow speed, a receiving distance and spinning voltage; after spinning for 40 to 80min, forming a polylactic acid / acetate fiber composite filter material; and (3) drying the polylactic acid / acetate fiber composite filter material in a drying oven at thetemperature of 40 to 60 DEG C to obtain the polylactic acid electrostatic spinning / acetate fiber needle-punched composite filter material. The polylactic acid electrostatic spinning / acetate fiber needle-punched composite filter material has the advantages that the filtering efficiency of needle-punched materials can be remarkably improved, and relatively low respiratory resistance is ensured, so that an efficient and low-resistance air filtering material is prepared.
