Disclosed is an organic light emitting diode display device, the organic light emitting diode display device comprising: a substrate; a scan line configured to transmit a scan signal; a data line and a driving voltage line configured to transmit a data voltage and a driving voltage respectively; a switch a transistor including a switch drain electrode configured to output a data voltage; a drive transistor including a drive gate electrode connected to the switch drain electrode; a storage capacitor including a first storage electrode connected to the drive gate electrode and a first storage electrode connected to the drive voltage line The second storage electrode is an organic light emitting diode, connected to the driving drain electrode of the driving transistor. The storage capacitor includes: a connector in which an edge of the second storage electrode is deviated from an edge of the first storage electrode in a direction toward a center of the second storage electrode; and a storage compensator facing the connector.
