Abstract

The invention discloses a method for estimating the total amount of carbon released through soil respiration. The method comprises steps as follows: (a), establishing of estimation models: a test area is selected, the soil respiration rates in the test area at different time points in a reference time period are measured respectively, and the total amount of carbon released through soil respiration in the time period corresponding to each time point is calculated; the time period corresponding to each time point and the corresponding soil respiration rate are subjected to fitting, and a fitted curve equation 1 is acquired; the soil respiration rates and the total amount of carbon released through soil respiration are subjected to fitting, and a fitted curve equation 2 is acquired; the two equations are the estimation models; (b), the total amount of carbon released through soil respiration under the same condition during establishing of the models is calculated by utilizing the estimation models. The method for rapidly estimating the total amount of carbon released through soil respiration is convenient to operate and a reference function is provided for calculation of carbon balance and estimation of carbon emission of a region.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of terrestrial ecology and relates to a method for estimating the amount of carbon released by soil total respiration. Background technique [0002] Carbon is one of the most important elements for life. As various climate and environmental issues such as greenhouse gases and the greenhouse effect become increasingly prominent, it is of great scientific value to further increase the understanding of carbon fluxes between large-scale terrestrial ecosystems and the atmosphere. The carbon cycle of the terrestrial ecosystem is an important part of the carbon cycle of the earth system, and soil respiration is one of the cores of the research on the carbon cycle of the terrestrial ecosystem. The emission process is an important factor affecting the dynamic changes of soil carbon pools and atmospheric carbon pools. The annual carbon emission due to soil respiration is 50-75Pg, and its slight changes will lead to CO in the a...
