The invention discloses a pre-mixing stirring system of raw materials. The system comprises a shell, a stirring shaft, an actuating device, a dust recycling device, a dust collector and a stock bin. An exhaust port and at least one entrance of raw materials are installed at the top of the shell. The stock bin is connected to the entrance of raw materials. A containing space is formed inside the shell. The stirring shaft passes through the shell, with both ends thereof outside the shell. One end of the stirring shaft is connected to the actuating device, while the other end is connected to the shell through a fixed seat. Supporting boards are arranged on the stirring shaft inside the shell at intervals. Two helical ribbons with opposite rotating directions are installed on each supporting board.
