[0031] (1) Establishment of relational model:

[0032] Plant radishes, lettuce, leaf vegetables, cauliflower and tomatoes into a set of soils. The relevant parameters of each soil are known. The relevant parameters include: soil heavy metal content, soil pH, soil conductivity, soil cation exchange capacity, and soil organic matter Content, the content of heavy metals extracted from weak soil acid.

[0033] The heavy metal content of each vegetable was detected after the vegetables were picked. Matlab software was used to perform a multiple parameter regression analysis between the heavy metal content of each vegetable and the relevant parameters of the soil of the corresponding producing area to obtain a relationship model.

[0034] The relational model is:

[0035] LogM=a+b·logMsoil+c·pH+d·EC+e·CEC+f·OM+g·logMextra;

[0036] Among them, M is the heavy metal content in vegetables, Msoil is the soil heavy metal content, pH is the soil pH, EC is the soil electrical conductivity, CEC is t...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for evaluating the content of heavy metal in vegetables based on soil conditions of a production place. The method comprises the following steps: (1) planting the vegetables into one group of soil with relative known parameters, and detecting the content of the heavy metal in the vegetables after the vegetables are picked; (2) establishing a relation model between the relative parameters and the content of the heavy metal in the vegetables; (3) detecting relative parameters of soil of the production place of the vegetables to be detected, and evaluating the content of the heavy metal in the vegetables to be detected according to the relation model. By establishing the relation model between the relative parameters of the soil of the production place and the content of the heavy metal in the vegetables, detecting the relative parameters of the soil of the production place of the vegetables to be detected, and substituting the relative parameters into the model, the content of the heavy metal of all the vegetables produced by the production place can be evaluated; the content of the heavy metal in the vegetables is not required to be directly detected, and conditions that the working amount of directly detecting the content of the heavy metal in the vegetables is heavy and the working efficiency is low are avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the detection of heavy metal content in vegetables, in particular to a method for estimating the heavy metal content in vegetables based on the soil conditions of the producing area. Background technique [0002] The original meaning of heavy metals refers to metals with a specific gravity greater than 5, including gold, silver, copper, iron, lead, etc. In terms of environmental pollution, heavy metals mainly refer to eight types of heavy elements with significant biological toxicity, such as arsenic, cadmium, chromium, copper, nickel, lead, mercury, and zinc. Heavy metals cannot be biodegraded, on the contrary, they can be enriched by hundreds of times under the biomagnification of the food chain, and finally enter the human body. Heavy metals can strongly interact with proteins and enzymes in the human body, making them inactive, and may also accumulate in certain organs of the human body, causing chronic poisoning. [0003...
