Embodiment 1

[0030] The plasma of children with autism and the plasma of healthy children were collected separately, and then the plasma was separated using a peripheral blood mononuclear cell separation kit to obtain mononuclear cells from children with autism and monocytes from healthy children, followed by high-throughput proteomics A comparative analysis of the monocytes of children with autism and those of healthy children by scientific method. Results: Compared with the monocytes of healthy children, 48 differential proteins were obtained in the monocytes of children with autism, among which 38 expressed proteins were up-regulated and 10 expressed proteins were down-regulated. Then, the 48 differential proteins were detected one by one by immunoblotting technology, or the 48 differential proteins were detected one by one by protein chip technology, and the concentration changes of the detected differential proteins were determined. The present invention uses high-throughput proteomic...

Abstract

The invention discloses an autism detection marker and a detection method thereof. The differential proteins of peripheral blood mononuclear cells of a group of autism children patients and the control group provided by the invention can be used for autism detection, and the differential proteins can improve the specificity and accuracy of the detection when being used for autism detection, and meanwhile the autism detection marker has a certain objectivity and is superior to single disease makers. A high-throughput proteomic method is adopted to determine whether the differential proteins exist in mononuclear cells or not, the proteins are detected by adopting an immunoblotting technology one by one or are simultaneously detected by adopting a protein chip technology so as to determine the concentration changes of the detected differential proteins. Compared with existing detection methods (autism detection scales), the detection method is high in specificity, sensitivity and accuracy.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of disease detection, in particular to an autism detection marker and a detection method thereof. Background technique [0002] Autism, also known as autism, is a developmental disorder of the nervous system, usually onset in 0-30 months, mainly manifested in different degrees of language development disorders, interpersonal communication obstacles, narrow interests and stereotyped behavior. The prevalence of the disease tends to increase, seriously affecting the physical and mental health of infants and children, and bringing a heavy burden to families and society. Currently, because the etiology and pathogenesis have not yet been elucidated, there are no specific therapeutic drugs and specific diagnostic biomarkers. Practice has shown that early diagnosis and early intervention can improve the prognosis of autism. Therefore, it is of great significance to find a fast and effective diagnosis method for au...
