Abstract

The invention discloses a polyaniline-modified porous material. The porous material is prepared through the following method: by taking 0.1M aniline-sulfuric acid solution as electrolyte, a stainless steel net as a working electrode, a platinum plate electrode as a counter electrode and saturated calomel electrode as a reference electrode, growing the polyaniline on the surface of the stainless steel net in a cladding manner by adopting a cyclic voltammetry at a constant-temperature condition of 25 to 35 DEG C, then removing the stainless steel net, washing the stainless steel net by utilizing an ammonia solution with pH of 10, and drying the stainless steel net, wherein the cyclic voltammetry is carried out in two steps: a first step: circulating the overpotential of 0.2V to 1.0V for 4 to 6 times until a small current peak appears on a cyclic voltammetry curve; and a second step: circulating the potential of 0.2V to 0.9V for 10 to 25 times. The invention also discloses an application of the porous material in separating two phases of high surfactant oil-in-water emulsion and water-in-oil emulsion. The porous material has excellent anti-pollution capacity and recycling performance and good stability.
