Embodiment Construction

[0016] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0017] Such as figure 1 As shown, the system includes a traditional seawater source heat pump system, a waste heat utilization system, and a seawater supply system. The seawater source heat pump system includes a compressor 1, a pipeline switching device 2, a first indoor heat exchanger 3, an electronic expansion valve 4, a dry filter 5, a second heat exchanger 6, an electric heater 7 and a gas-liquid separator 8. Wherein, the pipeline switching device used in this embodiment is a four-way valve, and other two-way switching devices commonly used in this field can also be used. The outlet of the compressor 1 is connected to the a end of the four-way valve 2, the refrigerant pipeline port at one end of the first heat exchanger 3 is connected to the d end of the four-way valve 2, and the other end of the first heat exchanger 3 The refrigerant pipe port ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a whole sea area ship air conditioning system and a control method for the ship air conditioning system. The ship air conditioning system comprises a traditional seawater source heat pump system, a ship waste heat system and a seawater feed system. A device is adjusted through switching of pipelines, and the effects that refrigerating is conducted in summer, and heating is conducted in winter are achieved. When a ship sails in a cold sea area, a seawater source heat pump and the waste heat of a ship main engine are coupled to supply heat to the ship. When the ship sails in a high-temperature sea area, the contractible pipelines are put down, deep seawater serves as a cold source of a ship air conditioner, and at the moment, partial seawater is used for cooling an air conditioner compressor through a compressor cooling system. According to the whole sea area ship air conditioning system and the control method for the ship air conditioning system, the technical obstacle that a common seawater source heat pump system cannot be operated in the whole sea area is overcome, meanwhile, the waste heat of the ship and the cold source and a heat source of the seawater are effectively utilized, the utilization rate of ship energy is increased, the ship energy is saved, and thus the ship can sail in a low energy consumption, low emission and high energy efficiency mode no matter in which sea area all around the world.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of air-conditioning engineering, and in particular relates to a novel air-conditioning technology used on ships. Background technique [0002] Today's ocean-going ships are sailing in the global seas. The external environment climate and sea conditions often change drastically during the ship's voyage. The environment in the ship's cabin will change with the external environment, and the air conditioning system that provides an artificial environment should also do make corresponding changes. However, there are still many problems in the air conditioning system of ships that have not been resolved: for example, when the ship sails in cold seas, the external environment temperature is too low, and the heating effect of the air conditioner is usually poor, or even unable to heat; and the ship sails in high temperature. When in the sea area, the external environment temperature is too high, and the cooling eff...
