Problems solved by technology

The problem with this method is that it is necessary to assume that the sample has finite support in the iterative estimation in order to obtain the known information of the sample, and it is necessary to manually set up a standard in the algorithm to judge the location of the finite support, which is usually impossible to determine. Therefore, this method is only suitable for isolated sample information, such as isolated cell samples, and not suitable for continuous samples, such as samples whose boundaries are not obvious
[0006] To sum up, the main problems of the existing digital coaxial holographic reconstruction methods are: (1) The method of obtaining phase information based on experiments is relatively complicated and not suitable for compact imaging systems; (2) The iterative method based on limited support The reconstruction algorithm is an estimative method, relying on manual settings and sample specific conditions
The above existing problems restrict the further development of imaging methods based on digital coaxial holographic reconstruction

Abstract

The invention provides an iteration reconstruction imaging method based on the hologram intensity information. The method comprises steps that 1), a sample surface is divided into an unknown information area and a known information area, and to-be-imaged samples are placed on the sample surface; 2), the sample surface is irradiated by coherent light, irradiation light not passing through the sample and sample diffusion light realize interference on an imaging chip, and a hologram image is formed; 3), the hologram image intensity information is recorded by the imaging chip as the initial iteration intensity information; and 4), iterative computation, the hologram image information on the imaging chip spreads in a reverse direction to the sample surface to acquire the sample surface sample information; the known information on the sample surface is replaced to acquire the new sample information; the new sample information is spread to the imaging chip to acquire the new imaging chip information; the known information of the imaging chip is replaced, and the image information on the new imaging chip is acquired; through multi-time repeat iteration, the sample image of the imaging chip is finally acquired. Through the method, the application scope is wide.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of holographic imaging technology, in particular to an iterative reconstruction imaging method based on hologram intensity information. Background technique [0002] Optical microscopy imaging technology is widely used in biomedicine, materials and other fields, so optical microscopy is an indispensable tool for modern science. Ordinary optical microscopes generally include a microscope objective lens, plus an eyepiece or an imaging lens to magnify the sample and image it on the human eye or an imaging chip. The basic structure of the microscope has not changed over the years, and the latest microscopy techniques are generally based on the structure of the traditional microscope. Microscopic objective lens is the core technology of traditional microscopes. It must have a large numerical aperture to obtain micron and submicron resolution, and at the same time need to eliminate various aberrations, chromatic aberration...
