The master control unit is used for generating movement state information of a current vehicle through the position data, the driving velocity data, the driving direction data and the acceleration data of the current vehicle and transmitting the movement state information of the current vehicle by utilizing the wireless broadcast module so that the movement state information of the current vehicle can be acquired by the vehicle-mounted microcomputer controllers of other vehicles. The master control unit also receives the movement state information of other vehicles transmitted by the vehicle-mounted microcomputer controllers of other vehicles by utilizing the wireless broadcast module and displays the movement state of other vehicles through the display unit for viewing of a driver.
