The invention discloses a photovoltaic optimizer rapid turn-off
system based on
wireless relay communication, which relates to the field of photovoltaic optimizers and comprises a three-layer
hardware architecture including a collector serving as a main
control layer, a
repeater serving as a transmission layer and an optimizer serving as an execution layer. According to an active command triggering path, a turn-off instruction is generated from a collector, transmitted to a
repeater through an RS-485
bus, then subjected to protocol conversion and sent through 2.4 G
wireless broadcast, an optimizer receives and
decodes the instruction, and turn-off is completed by controlling the duty ratio of a switch; according to the passive disconnection protection path, a 10-30 s
countdown timer is arranged in the optimizer, and the
heartbeat packet is reset to be 0 every time the
heartbeat packet is received; after
timeout, interruption is triggered, and the
relay is forcibly disconnected. The dual power-off mechanism realizes triple breakthrough of quick response, independence, reliability and
cost optimization through
hierarchical design of
active control and passive self-rescue, and improves the
survivability and personnel protection ability of the
photovoltaic system in an emergency scene.
