The invention discloses a carbon fiber heating system which comprises a base layer and a heating layer arranged on one side of the base layer, wherein a plurality of heaters are arranged in the base layer; a pressure inductor is arranged between every two adjacent heaters; a controller is arranged at the end part of the base layer; a power interface is arranged on one side of the controller; each pressure inductor is electrically connected with the controller; a plurality of heaters are all electrically connected with the power interface; the controller is electrically connected with the heaters; the heating layer is made of carbon fibers; and the heaters and the pressure inductors are all uniformly distributed. According to the carbon fiber heating system, the pressure inductors can induce the pressure applied to the heating layer by an indoor user; and when the pressure frequency or the pressure becomes higher, the controller can control the heaters to increase the power, so that balance of heating temperature is ensured, and the uniformity of heating and high-quality heating are improved.
