The method includes the steps that a duplex mode main chiller provides a secondary refrigerant solution at a first preset temperature for an ice storage tank through a first water pipe under an ice-making working condition; after ice making, the temperature of the secondary refrigerant solution is increased to a second preset temperature, and the ice storage tank outputs a secondary refrigerant solution at the second preset temperature through a second water pipe, a heat exchanger is installed on the second water pipe and cold water circularly flows between the heat exchanger and an air-conditioning terminal; and heat exchange is carried out on the secondary refrigerant solution at the second preset temperature and the cold water through the heat exchanger, and cold water at the temperature needed by the air-conditioning terminal is obtained.
