End portions of free ends of the punches are provided with elastic ends made by elastic material. The upper mould and the lower mould are oppositely arranged. The lower mould comprises a lower template. Material-falling windows corresponding to the scrap-cleaning needles are arranged on the lower template. Pressure relief grooves are arranged corresponding to the punches in the lower template. Pressure relief pads made by elastic material are arranged in the pressure relief grooves. The thicknesses of the pressure relief pads are not greater than the depths of the pressure relief grooves.The automatic scrap-cleaning forming mould has following beneficial effects: the automatic scrap-cleaning forming mould is capable of integrating two procedures including scrap cleaning and separation of die-cutting edges at the bending part on the same set of forming moulds so that technology is improved and procedures are reduced; production efficiency is increased; in the meantime, manual labor of separation of die-cutting edges is saved; and manual cost is reduced.
