The method includes the following steps: preparing graphene oxide, preparing a nano gold solution, treating a glass-carbon electrode, preparing a GO / DTT / AuNPs / L-Cys nano modified electrode, and detecting the melamine. In the electrochemical method, the glass-carbon electrode is modified respectively by the graphene oxide, L-dithiothreitol, gold nano particles and L-cysteine, and then the GO / DTT / AuNPs / L-Cys electrochemical sensor is assembled to detect a melamine solution.
