The present invention discloses a method and a system for remote accurate administration of integrated water and fertilizer. The method comprises the steps of: 1, acquiring real-time parameters of a farmland, wherein the farmland parameters include temperature value, humidity value, soil moisture value and flow rate value in an irrigation pipeline; step 2, sending the farmland parameters to a monitoring server through wireless network, calculating irrigation and fertilization strategy and generating an irrigation control signal and a fertilization control signal; and step 3, controlling the flow rate in the irrigation pipeline according to the irrigation control signal, and controlling the flow rate in the fertilization pipeline according to the fertilization control signal.
