The system comprises a host computer system, a signal generator, a driver, an exciter, an acceleration sensor, a charge amplifier, an oscilloscope and supporting devices, wherein a workpiece is fixedly connected with the exciter; the signal generator outputs a sinusoidal excitation signal; and the host computer system comprises an excitation frequency acquisition module, an excitation time acquisition module, a voltage waveform acquisition module, a voltage extraction module, an vibration level conversion module, an excitation amplitude conversion module, a dimensionless processing module as well as a module for setting the mutual relation between the vibration aging effect and dimensionless process parameters. According to the method, the host computer system automatically acquires the excitation frequency, the excitation amplitude and the excitation time, and automatically performs online quantitative evaluation on the vibration aging effect according to the mutual relation between the vibration aging effect and the dimensionless process parameters.
