Abstract

The invention discloses a waterproof and dampproof polyimide insulating rubber tape which comprises a base layer and a viscose layer, wherein the base layer is prepared from the following raw materials: polyimide, polyphenyl ether, low-density polyethylene, silicon fluoride oil, aluminum distearate, tributyl phosphite, zinc pyrithione, nano organic silicon waterproof agent, octadecyl isocyanate, candelilla wax, salicylanilide, dioctyl phthalate and the like; and the viscose layer is prepared from the following raw materials: acrylic acid, butyl acrylate, methyl acrylate, vinyl acetate, acrylonitrile, benzoyl peroxide, sodium sulfite, dimethyl phthalate, ethanol, aldehyde resin, tung oil, isocyanatopropyltriethoxysilane, liquid rosin resin and the like. The polyimide insulating rubber tape prepared in the invention has the advantages of excellent waterproof property and dampproof property, high mechanical strength, excellent dielectric property, good dimensional stability, good heat resistance, strong binding power and convenience in use and can meet different application requirements.
