The high voltage electrode (9) is positioned inside the insulator; the insulator is sleeved in the housing; the outer cap (4) covers above the housing and the insulator; in the housing, a middle cylinder (2) sleeves an upper part of an outer cylinder (1); the middle tube (2) can be moved up and down under an external force; the upper limit of the movement is the lower rim of a fixed member (3);in the insulator, an insulation cylinder (6) sleeves in the upper segment of the middle cylinder; the insulation sleeve (8) is arranged in the lower segment of the outer cylinder (1) and in the middle segment and the lower segment of the middle cylinder (2) in a sleeved manner; a high voltage electrode (9) is arranged inside the insulation cylinder (6); the high voltage electrode (9) consists of a plurality of single-core insulation cables; the center conductors of the plurality of cables are connected through a busbar; and the busbar is connected to a high voltage terminal of an external power source through a stud; and the plurality of single core insulation cables are arranged in a conducting solution which fills up a sealing space defined by the insulator.
