Abstract

Metal is coated on front and back surfaces of the single layer dielectric substrate. The edges of the single layer dielectric substrate are all surrounded by the metal via hole arrays, thereby forming a metal cavity structure. The front cross slot and the back cross slot are etched on the metal coated on the front and back surfaces of the single layer dielectric substrate as radiation structures.
