The thermoplastic polyurethane foam elastomer is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25 to 30 parts of polyoxypropylene polyol, 25 to 30 parts of sucrose polyether, 20 to 25 parts of hexamethylene diisocyanate, 15 to 20 parts of 1,2-propylene glycol, 10 to 15 parts of nanometer TiO2, 10 to 15 parts of ethanolamine, 5 to 10 parts of silicone oil and 5 to 10 parts of cyclopentane. According to the thermoplastic polyurethane foam elastomer and the preparation method thereof, the coaction of the polyoxypropylene polyol and the sucrose polyether is utilized and the nanometer TiO2 is combined, so that the upper temperature resistance limit of the prepared thermoplastic polyurethane foam elastomer reaches 200 to 250 DEG C, and high mechanical performance can be ensured.
