Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation process for a molding material. The preparation process is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) conveying used wax leaked out from a de-waxing kettle to a de-watering barrel by using a wax liquid conveying apparatus, carrying out standing at 70 to 80 DEG C for 4 to 6 h, then opening a draining valve to discharge water produced after standing, closing the draining valve when the wax liquid begins flowing out, and opening a wax discharging valve to discharge the wax liquid into a stirring barrel; (2) starting a stirring switch to allow the wax liquid to be stirred at 95 to 115 DEG C for more than 5 h and removing unwanted water, wherein 5 to 8% of unused wax is added into the stirring barrel each time and the stirring switch can be shut down when the surface of the wax liquid is free of foam; (3) filtering the de-watered wax liquid with a 200-mesh stainless steel screen and then conveying the filtered wax liquid to a standing barrel with a temperature of 82 to 93 DEG C for heat-preserved standing for 10 h or above; and (4) conveying the clean wax liquid obtained after standing into a wax storage barrel of a wax injector by using the wax liquid conveying apparatus and carrying out heat preservation for 2 to 5 h.
