Abstract
The invention discloses a metabonomics analytical method for tobacco pollen based on chromatography-mass spectrometry. The metabonomics analytical method comprises the following steps: sample pretreatment, chromatography-mass spectrometry separation, structural identification of metabolites, quantitative analysis of the metabolites, and data analysis. According to the metabonomics analytical method, polar and nonpolar metabolites of the tobacco pollen are respectively extracted by virtue of a polar solvent and a nonpolar solvent, and all the metabolites collected by virtue of the chromatography-mass spectrometry are identified by virtue of a retention index and a mass spectrometry database and are quantitatively analyzed by virtue of a non-target quantitative analysis method. By virtue of the establishment of the method, important references are provided for the implementation of relevant research on the metabonomics of the tobacco pollen.
