The system disclosed by the invention comprises a garbage storage cabin, a garbage crane, a bag-breaking device, a crushing device, a pulping and separating device, an impurity-removing device and an anaerobic fermentation biogas-generating system which are successively arranged, wherein the outlet of the bag-breaking device is connected to the inlet of the crushing device; the outlet of the crushing device is connected to the inlet of the pulping and separating device; the outlet of the pulping and separating device is connected to the inlet of the impurity-removing device; and the outlet of the impurity-removing device is connected to the inlet of the anaerobic fermentation biogas-generating system through a pipeline where a material pump is arranged.
