Abstract

The invention relates to a high temperature lubricating composite material containing strontium zirconate and a preparation method thereof. The material is characterized by comprising the following components, by mass percentage: 49.28-54.32% of nickel, 12.32-13.58% of chromium, 26.4-29.1% of nanometer yttria-stabilized zirconia, and 3-12% of strontium sulfate. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: mixing the powder of the abovementioned components by adopting a dry process ball-milling technology, performing cold pressing performing on the mixed powder in graphite dies, performing hot pressure sintering on the preformed material in a vacuum hot-pressing sintering furnace, and preparing the high temperature lubricating composite material containing strontium zirconate based on solid-phase reactions.
