The method comprises the steps as follows: an iron core overlapping end surface of an amorphous alloy material manufactured by a cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheet is sealed through a solid sealant, and a closed iron core-yoke part and two core limbs which are not sleeved with windings are fastened through a paper channel and a contraction band; a high-voltage winding is formed by winding an enamelled copper wire, and insulation protection is carried out through diamond dotted paper between coil layers of the high-voltage winding; a low-voltage winding is formed by winding overall copper foil, insulation protection is carried out through double layers of diamond dotted paper between the coil layers of the low-voltage winding, and the high-voltage winding, the low-voltage winding and an iron core are combined together separately; the combined high-voltage winding, low-voltage winding and iron core are put into an oil tank; and transformer oil is injected into the oil tank by a vacuum oil filling process.
