Abstract

The invention provides a portable optical interference method spherical diameter and sphericity rapid detection instrument, comprising a hand-held probe, a host and a display. The front end of the hand-held probe is a reference optical glass templet with surrounding self-bring monochromatic light illumination. In detection, the reference optical glass templet is adhered to a tested sphere or spherical bowl part. An interference fringe figure generated due to a spherical diameter difference is subjected to imaging by a CCD system and output. Based on the optical interference principle and known monochromatic light wavelength, f-number, aperture shape and interrelation thereof, interference fringes are subjected to image processing and calculation, and a display is used to output spherical diameter and sphericity values and a simplified interference fringe figure. The invention is convenient to carry and flexible to use, achieves online detection of parts during processing, and greatly improves the detection efficiency of high precision spherical parts.
