Abstract

The invention discloses a corn leaf chlorophyll content and phenotype parameter measuring method based on SVM and regression analysis. A relationship model of multispectral information and corn leaf chlorophyll content is built, the corn leaf chlorophyll content is predicted, a distribution map of the corn leaf chlorophyll content is calculated, pseudo color processing is conducted, distribution rules of chlorophyll in the leaf growth length direction and leaf growth width direction are analyzed respectively, and it is proved that the corn leaf chlorophyll content in the seedling stage is gradually increased from leaf bases to leaf tips; the chlorophyll content in the ear period is average in the length direction; the chlorophyll content in the flowering period has an obvious peak on the upper portions of leaves, and the chlorophyll content in the leaf tips is low; in the width direction, the corn leaf chlorophyll content is basically symmetric; curvilinear regression approximating is conducted on corn leaf outlines, and results show that the corn leaf outlets accord with a secondary curve, and the corn leaf type can be expressed by a quadratic equation.
