The invention relates to an air-cooled electromagnetic heating device for plastic extrusion equipment. The device comprises a thermal insulation layer, an electromagnetic induction coil and a temperature measuring element, wherein the thermal insulation layer is sectionally wound around a charging barrel, the electromagnetic induction coil is wound around the thermal insulation layer, and the temperature measuring element is exposed on the charging barrel; in addition, the air-cooled electromagnetic heating device also comprises a cooling system and a controller, wherein the cooling system is used for cooling the charging barrel, one end of the controller is connected with a screw motor status test element and the temperature measuring element, and the other end of the controller is connected with the thermal insulation layer and the cooling system. Detection signals of the screw motor status test element and the temperature measuring element are fed back to the controller so as to control the operations of the cooling system and the electromagnetic induction coil. Novel circuit interrupting device with end of life testing functions

The present invention provides a circuit interrupting device which comprises a novel reset mechanism to allow a user to test whether the device is wired properly. The novel reset mechanism includes a reset conducting apparatus which contains a reset start switch (KR-4). The KR-4 contains a first conducting pin, a second conducting pin, and a conducting bridge. When the reset button is depressed and the device is wired properly, the KR-4 is closed to allow the conducting bridge to be in contact with both the first and the second conducting pins so as to reset the device. The present invention also provides a circuit interrupting device which is capable of automatically checking the components of the circuit interrupting device (i.e., the end of life test) through a novel status test switch (KR-1). The KR-1 comprises a flexible metal piece and a simulated leakage current controlling resistor, which is located underneath of the flexible metal piece. When the circuit interrupting device is properly wired and at a tripped state, without touching any parts of the circuiting interrupting device, the KR-1 is closed which generates a simulated leakage current to allow the device to conduct the end of life test. If all of the components in the device are functioned properly, a reset indicating light is lit.

The method comprises the following steps: 1) giving a remote control test instruction: work personnel in the remote operation and maintenance station utilize a master station monitor to give the remote control instruction for carrying out high frequency protection channel state test to the transceiver of a high frequency protection device through the automation monitoring and control system in the substation, and the transceiver of the high frequency protection device displays on-site test results on a test instrument in a instrument indicating manner; and 2) returning the test results and monitoring display: pictures of the test results are returned to the master station monitor of the remote operation and maintenance station through a message picture system and through a camera configured in front of the test instrument.

The function for testing the operational status for the APS process defined in ITU-T recommendation G.8031 is embodied, and when an operational status test request is received from another node, the APS process can be tested effectively without having to perform a complicated diagnosis operation for the APS process.
